    Parkinsonism & Related Disorders, the official journal of the International Association of Parkinsonism and Related Disorders, publishes the results of basic and clinical research contributing to the understanding, diagnosis and treatment of all neurodegenerative syndromes in which Parkinsonism, Essential Tremor or related movement disorders may be a feature.

  • Aging and Disease

    Aging & Disease (A&D) is a peer reviewed, open access online journal that aspires to publish novel and high-impact findings on central issues pertaining to the biology of aging, pathophysiology of age-related diseases, and innovative therapies for diseases afflicting the elderly population. The diseases of interest include (but not limited to) Stroke, Alzheimer's disease, Parkinson’s disease, Epilepsy, Dementia, Depression, Cardiovascular Disease, Cancer, Arthritis, Cataract, Osteoporosis, Diabetes and Hypertension. Studies on animal models as well as human tissues or cells are welcome.

  • The Gerontologist

    The Gerontologist®, published since 1961, is a bimonthly journal (first issue in February) of The Gerontological Society of America that provides a multidisciplinary perspective on human aging through the publication of research and analysis in gerontology, including social policy, program development, and service delivery. It reflects and informs the broad community of disciplines and professions involved in understanding the aging process and providing service to older people. Articles, including those in applied research, should report concepts and research findings, with implications for policy or practice. Contributions from social and psychological sciences, biomedical and health sciences, political science and public policy, economics, education, law, and the humanities are welcome. 

  • Journal of Alzheimer's Disease

    The Journal of Alzheimer’s Disease is an international multidisciplinary journal to facilitate progress in understanding the etiology, pathogenesis, epidemiology, genetics, behavior, treatment and psychology of Alzheimer’s disease. The Journal publishes research reports, reviews, short communications, book reviews, and letters-to-the-editor. The Journal is dedicated to providing an open forum for original research that will expedite our fundamental understanding of Alzheimer’s disease.

  • Psychology and Aging

    Psychology and Aging ® publishes original articles on adult development and aging. Such original articles include reports of research that may be applied, biobehavioral, clinical, educational, experimental (laboratory, field, or naturalistic studies), methodological, or psychosocial.

  • Neurobiology of Aging

    Neurobiology of Aging (Neurobiol.Aging) publishes the results of studies in behavior, biochemistry, cell biology, endocrinology, molecular biology, morphology, neurology, neuropathology, pharmacology, physiology and protein chemistry in which the primary emphasis involves mechanisms of nervous system changes with age or diseases associated with age. Reviews and primary research articles are included, occasionally accompanied by open peer commentary.

  • The Journals of Gerontology, Series B: Psychological Sciences and Social Sciences

    The Journals of Gerontology were the first journals on aging published in the U.S. The tradition of excellence in these peer-reviewed scientific journals, established in 1946, continues today. The Journals of Gerontology, Series B publishes within its covers The Journal of Gerontology: Psychological Sciences and The Journal of Gerontology: Social Sciences. Each issue contains an article in the Editor's Choice series, representing a paper that the editor sees as providing an especially significant contribution to the field of gerontology. These articles are available free to non-subscribers. 

  • The Journals of Gerontology, Series A: Biological Sciences and Medical Sciences

    The Journals of Gerontology were the first journals on aging published in the U.S. The tradition of excellence in these peer-reviewed scientific journals, established in 1946, continues today. The Journals of Gerontology, Series A publishes within its covers The Journal of Gerontology: Biological Sciences and The Journal of Gerontology: Medical Sciences. At least twice a year, The Journals of Gerontology, Series A publishes a Translational Articles series, which focuses on “biology-to-bedside” issues. Each issue contains an article in the Editor's Choice series, representing a paper that the editor sees as providing an especially significant contribution to the field of gerontology.  

  • European Journal of Ageing

    The European Journal of Ageing (EJA) is an interdisciplinary journal devoted to the understanding of ageing in European societies and the world over. EJA publishes original articles on the social, behavioral and health-related aspects of ageing and encourages an integrated approach between these aspects.

  • Journal of Aging and Health

    Journal of Aging and Health (JAH) explores the complex and dynamic relationship between gerontology and health. Peer-reviewed and published 8 times per year, scholars present views and perspectives from a wide variety of disciplines, including Allied Health, Psychology, Public Health, Social Policy and Work, Epidemiology, Health Services Research, Sociology, and Nursing. This Journal is a member of the Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE).
