JEDDAH – The Saudi Commission for Health Specialties is planning to reform health education institutions. “The current performance at health institutions is less than what we desire,” a source at the commission said. “Therefore, intensive efforts are needed.” The commission was appointed three weeks ago to supervise 122 health institutions and 28,000 students.

The source said that there is a plan to develop curriculums, open more laboratories, and import the most modern devices needed for the planned new curriculums. – Okaz/SG
