Registration You confirm that you have provided us with accurate and complete registration information that is not false or misleading and which does not contain any unlawful material or content. It is your responsibility to update us with any changes to that information by logging into the system and making the necessary changes through 'My CV' in the Job Seeker Home. Each registration is for a single user only. On registration, you will be allocated a User Name and Password ("ACCOUNT"). You are responsible for all use of the Services using your Account and for preventing unauthorized use of your Account. EmployersGeneral In these terms and conditions:
Prices Prices are guaranteed for the period stated on the Invoice. Prices are fixed and subject to known discount for longer subscriptions and are published to all Employers / Advertisers . A job posted on doctorksa.com will remain live for 30 days or such shorter time as we agree with the Advertiser. Any extension of this time will be charged to the Advertiser as a new posting. Any jobs posted in addition to the agreed number of jobs per 30 day period will be charged at a price per job agreed with the Advertiser at the time of the contract negotiation. If no price has been negotiated, the fee stated on the Subscription Application Form (as may be amended from time to time) will be charged for each job over the agreed number. Prices of CV Search Packages are also fixed to all Employers who wish to search the Job Seekers CVs Database.
Termination The Advertiser may not terminate the provision of Services under any Purchase Order. Termination of subscriptions maybe negotiated at our discretion and can result in loss of discounts or other paid amounts. We may terminate the provision of Services if:
Third Party Sites Job Advertisements you post on doctorksa.com may also appear on third party recruitment web sites pursuant to agreements from time to time between doctorksa.com and the proprietors of such web sites.
Use of Job Seekers CVs Database Employers, Employment agencies and Employment Businesses If you are any type of employer, hospital, medical center or dispensary. It is your responsibility to ensure that the use you make of information from our job seekers database is for the sole purpose of direct use to your own organization. These regulations are currently contained in the Conduct of Employment Agencies and Employment Businesses Regulations 2003. You agree to comply with the Act and any other applicable laws and regulations as they affect the conduct of your business and the use you make of information on our job seekers database. You may NOT:
Dealings with Job Seekers You agree to deal fairly and professionally with Job Seekers you may contact using information from the job seekers database and not do anything which may bring doctorksa.com into disrepute. You will indemnify doctorksa.com from and against any claim brought by an individual against doctorksa.com arising from your breach of this obligation or these terms and conditions.
Disclaimer Doctorksa.com responsibilities don’t cover the checking of validity or accuracy of the job seeker information or certificate he provided. Doctorksa.com has no role in processing the papers of the job seeker in Saudi Council of Health Specialties weather for validation or getting the work license, and this should be the responsibility of the job seeker as well as the employer.
Online Advertising
Miscellaneous terms These Terms may be changed by us at any time. You should regularly check for updates in these Terms as you will be deemed to accept the Terms (as amended) when you next use the Website following any amendment. Headings are inserted in this Agreement for ease of reference only and do not form part of it for the purposes of interpretation. Failure by us to exercise or enforce any rights conferred by the Terms or at law shall not be deemed to be a waiver of any such right nor operate so as to bar the exercise or enforcement thereof at any time or times thereafter. If any provision of this Agreement is determined to be illegal or unenforceable by any court of competent jurisdiction it shall be deemed to have been deleted without affecting the remaining provisions. For Employers/Advertisers: each Subscription is for a single organization only as included in your registration information. On registration, you will be allocated a user name and password ("ACCOUNT"). You may choose to authorize your employees (together "Users") to use your ACCOUNT whilst carrying out the business of your organization. You are responsible for all use of the Services by all such Users and anyone else using your ACCOUNT and for preventing unauthorized use of your ACCOUNT.
Governing law These terms and conditions shall be interpreted in accordance with GCC law and all disputes shall be decided by the GCC courts.
