• Malaria Journal

Malaria Journal is aimed at the scientific community interested in malaria in its broadest sense. It is the only journal that publishes exclusively articles on malaria and, as such, it aims to bring together knowledge from the different specialities involved in this very broad discipline, from the bench to the bedside and to the field. Malaria Journal offers a fast publication schedule while maintaining rigorous peer-review; this is achieved by managing the whole of the publication process electronically, from submission to peer-review.

  • Vaccine

Vaccine is the official journal of The Edward Jenner Society and The Japanese Society for Vaccinology. It is the pre-eminent journal for those interested in vaccines and vaccination.

  • Current HIV/AIDS Reports

Current HIV/AIDS Reports intends to provide clear, insightful, balanced contributions by international experts that review the most important, recently published clinical findings related to the diagnosis, treatment, management, and prevention of HIV/AIDS.

  • Current Opinion in Infectious Diseases

With its easy-to-digest reviews on important advances in world literature, Current Opinion in Infectious Diseases offers expert evaluation on a wide range of topics from eleven key disciplines, including HIV infections and AIDS, skin and soft tissue infections, and respiratory infections. Published bimonthly, each issue covers in detail the most pertinent advances in these fields from the previous year. Every issue also contains annotated reference detailing the merits of the most important papers.

  • Journal of the International AIDS Society

The Journal of the International AIDS Society (JIAS) welcomes submissions on HIV-related topics from across all scientific disciplines, including but not limited to: Basic and biomedical sciences, Behavioural sciences and epidemiology, Clinical sciences, Health economics and health policy, Operations research and implementation sciences, Social sciences and humanities, including political sciences and media, The JIAS prioritizes submissions from operational research and implementation science as publication of such material can provide valuable information on various algorithms for monitoring and providing support for comprehensive, yet affordable and sustainable treatment, prevention and care programmes in different contexts.

  • Journal of Acquired Immune Deficiency Syndromes

JAIDS: Journal of Acquired Immune Deficiency Syndromes is the trusted, interdisciplinary resource for HIV- and AIDS-related information with a strong focus on basic and translational science, clinical science, and epidemiology and prevention. JAIDS publishes vital information on the advances in diagnosis and treatment of HIV infections, as well as the latest research in the development of therapeutics and vaccine approaches. This ground-breaking Journal brings together rigorously peer-reviewed articles, reviews of current research, results of clinical trials, and epidemiologic reports from around the world.

  • Retrovirology

Retrovirology is an open access, online journal that publishes stringently peer-reviewed, high-impact articles on basic retrovirus research. Retroviruses are pleiotropically found in animals. Well-described examples include avian, murine and primate retroviruses. Two human retroviruses are especially important pathogens. These are the human immunodeficiency virus, HIV, and the human T-cell leukemia virus, HTLV. HIV causes AIDS while HTLV-I is the etiological agent for adult T-cell leukemia. There is a large amount of basic research being conducted on HIV and HTLV-I spanning gene expression, virus structure-assembly, integration, replication, and pathogenesis. Retrovirology intends to cover these areas of human and animal retrovirus research.

  • Clinical Microbiology and Infection

Clinical Microbiology and Infection (CMI) is a monthly publication in English of the European Society of Clinical Microbiology and Infectious Diseases and publishes peer-reviewed papers that present basic and applied research relevant to therapy and diagnostics in the fields of microbiology, infectious diseases, virology, parasitology, immunology and epidemiology.

  • Current Opinion in HIV and AIDS

Published bimonthly and offering a unique and wide ranging perspective on the key developments in the field, each issue of Current Opinion in HIV and AIDS features hand-picked review articles from our team of expert editors. With six disciplines published across the year – including HIV and ageing, a HIV vaccine, and epidemiology – every issue also contains annotated reference detailing the merits of the most important papers.

  • Frontiers in Cellular and Infection Microbiology

Frontiers in Cellular and Infection Microbiology considers publication of research results in all areas of pathogenic microorganisms and their interaction with the hosts, and the studies should advance our knowledge of the field. The areas of research include bacteria, fungi, parasites, viruses, endosymbionts, prions, as well as the microbiota and its effect on health and disease in various hosts. The research approaches include molecular microbiology, cellular microbiology, gene regulation, proteomics, signal transduction, pathogenic evolution, genomics, structural biology, and virulence factors as well as model hosts. Areas of research to counteract infectious agents by the host include the host innate and adaptive immune responses as well as metabolic restrictions to various pathogenic microorganisms, vaccine design and development against various pathogenic microorganisms, as well as mechanisms of antibiotic resistance and its countermeasures.
