Dear Professor,
I have completed my PhD degree majoring in Immunology in June 2018, from Department of Microbiology and Immunology, Medical School, Southeast University, Nanjing, China. I have completed my PhD research project entitled “A biodegradable and biomimetic nanoparticle induces immune tolerance in a murine model of alloskin transplantation by specifically depleting and inhibiting alloreactive T cells”.
I have come to know that the addressed institution has a vacant position for postdoctoral researcher. I am interested in the said position and want to be a part of exciting research team. I am of the view that your lab will be a great place to work and achieve several milestones with cutting edge research in the field of Immunology. I have developed and accomplished following skills/tasks during my doctoral study;
1. Preparation of PLGA nano-particles, their biomedical applications, characterization and biocompatibility trials
2. Theranostics of alloskin graft via nanocomposites
3. Cell cultures of myeloma cells
4. Cancer cells in vivo and ex vivo culture, xenograft murine models preparation for skin transplantation and preparation of tumor bearing in mice model.
5. Skin transplantation, Cell culture, in vivo and ex vivo near-infrared imaging.
6. Immunological assays i.e. sorting staining and identification of T cells, B cells, and NK cells by Flow cytometry.
7. Flow cytometry, Confocal microscopy, Fluorescence microscopy and Evaluation of organ toxicity.
8. Standardization of PCR for different genomes, Sequencing analysis, cDNA synthesis, expression of proteins, transfection, ligation, transformation, SDS page, western bloat analysis and purification of proteins.
9. In Situ Biosynthesized nanoclusters isolation and characterization
