Saudi National Commission for Blindness Combat Celebrates the International Vision Day
Jeddah: Saudi National Commission for Blindness Combat has celebrated the International Vision Day 2012 in collaboration with the Ebsar Association for Rehabilitation and Visual Handicap Service in Jeddah to achieve the Vision 2020 Initiative.Secretary General of Ebsar Association for Rehabilitation Mohammed Tawfiq Ballo expressed thanks to Prince Talal bin Abdulaziz, the honorary president of the association for his personal care of the association's activities and lauded Prince Abdulaziz bin Ahmed bin Abdulaziz, President of the National Commission for Blindness Combat and Chairman of the Middle East Bureau of the International Agency for Blindness Combat, for his efforts he exerted in combating blindness in the region.
He said the association is reflecting the Kingdom's efforts in making the initiative a success.
