Laboratories and Blood Banks General Department Invite 190 Citizens to Receive Medals and Certificates of Appreciation The Ministry of Health (MOH), represented by the Laboratories and Blood Banks General Department, invited 190 citizens to head for the Department's headquarters, in Riyadh Region, to receive their medals and certificates of apperception, in conformity to the Royal Decree stipulating granting the Medal of Merit (3rd degree) for those who donated blood 10 times, and granting the Medal of Merit (2nd degree) for those who donated blood 50 times.
